

• We have installed hand sanitizer dispensers in our communal areas and on entering the dining room.
• There is signage to remind you regarding social distancing and to hand sanitizing.
• We have an NHS COVID-19 QR code
• We have removed all non-essential items from the guest bedrooms.
• We have implemented a rigorous cleaning and disinfecting schedule for the Penkelie.
• Your temperature will be taken on arrival.
• All keys and pens are disinfected after every use.
• The communal lounge and communal toilet will be closed until further notice.
• Breakfast will be served in reduced numbers to comply with social distancing rules, you will be assigned a table which will be your table through-out your stay.
• Buffet breakfast items will not be on display and will now be served at your table as required.
• For the safety and wellbeing of guests unfortunately the daily room service will not be done during your stay. Should you require anything during your stay please do not hesitate to ask.
• We will provide PPE for each of our guests.
• All linens and towels are washed at 70 degrees and using high quality cleaning products.
• Before you arrive that you have not shown signs or been infected with Covid-19 within 14 days of arrival.
• Fill in and sign all relevant forms, including a Covid-19 declaration form.
• Your temperature will be taken on arrival.
• We ask that you use the hand sanitizers that are provided, and you wear a face mask/covering around the property, when out of your bedroom or dining room.
• We ask that you follow the social distancing regulations.
• We ask that you do not use the communal lounge or toilet unless instructed to do so.
• We ask that you only touch areas that you need to in the communal areas of the property.
• Accept that not all our services and amenities will be available at these times.
• We ask that you kindly abide by these policies, which we have put in place for your safety and that you accept that if these policies are breached you may be asked to leave the premises without refund.

• Self-isolate where you are staying to minimise any risk of transmission.
• Dial NHS 111 for assistance and request a test.
• If you are confirmed to have Covid-19 you should return to your main residence if you reasonably can.
• If you cannot reasonably return to your main residence (for example, because you are not well enough to travel or do not have the means to arrange transport), your circumstances should be discussed with an appropriate health care professional and, if necessary, the local authority – 0151 317 8456.
• Guest should follow government guidance on dealing with possible or confirmed Covid-19 infection.
• Once you have returned to your main residence, you should continue to follow the government guidance on self-isolation, household isolation and social distancing.
• Guest will be expected to pay the costs of any extended stay.
